How long have you been doing what you are doing and how did you become a Life Coach/Mentor?
In all honesty, I have to share with you my story and how it led me to step into my greatness.
As a little girl, I struggled with low self-esteem and my identity. Instead of me dealing with them head on, I masked them by being a honor student, an all american cheerleader and etc. I never once stopped to deal with them, instead I only suppressed them and ran from them. I thought that I could wave my magic wand and all of my doubts and fears would disappear. Well, you know the old saying where it say: what you don’t deal with will only keep getting bigger and bigger. That was so true and it got bigger and bigger until it nearly took over my life.
Because of me not knowing my true worth and my self esteem was at an all time low, I began to make choices based off how other people saw me and how everyone else looked at me as the strong one. So, to them, nothing was wrong with me. Well, in my early early twenties, I nearly had a nervous break down and I was so consumed with what other people were saying about me, how they felt about me, that I was consistently looking over my shoulders, and defending myself when others would say bad things about me. It had become of an emergency for me to get help because I had opted to take my life several times and just gave up on my life. I ended up in a mental hospital for nice little vacation and it was there, that I cried out to God that if he would get me out of that place and help me to find myself and to live on purpose, that I would NEVER return to that place again.
That little vacation and my cry to God was a turning point in my life and I set out on a mission to help as many women and girls as possible to increase their self esteem and worth so that they in return can let go of their past and embrace the new you.

Who are Your ideal clients?
I work exclusively with women, ages 35-45, who are ready to create lives of impact, accomplishment and independence. I believe in planting seeds of success to lead an extraordinary life. She is a woman who suffers inside with childhood memories. She is not clear on what’s holding her back. She encounters self sabotage, lack of motivation and frequent frustration and disappointments. She also has feelings of being out of touch and tired of putting on a facade and ready for something more meaningful in life. Not only is she ready right now to do what ever it takes to embrace her future, but she is not lazy and is committed to doing whatever it takes without making any excuses.
Do You ONLY work with young women?
Yes, I work with women of the ages of 35-40 years old. If you do not see a program above that is right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
You may be an ideal client if you:
How are you different from other life coaches/mentors? I’m the type of coach who gives you exactly what you need to hear and because I’ve lived a life full of fear, low self esteem and worth. I can identify with you on a more personal level and guide you with the steps that I used to help me overcome my life’s challenges and embrace the new me.
How can I make sure that I embrace my past and move forward with my life?
By implementing the work that I provide for you to do and taking action.
How quickly will I began to see results?
Because you have to dig away layer by layer of the negative thoughts and sayings in your mind first, I would say between three to nine months. But each person’s situation is different so the results can vary.
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
Because I am an upbeat and positive, make it happen kind of gal, who stops at nothing until I see results, I work best with those types of individuals who are the same. They are done having self pity parties, and they are READY to do what ever it takes without making any excuses. They are simply ready to work with a coach to take them by the hand and make it happen.
